I am a native of Enderlin, North Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Madison. In 1985, I started Apartment Hunters with the goal of providing a valley-wide real estate leasing service for apartment communities, and leasing management services for individual investors. Through the hard work and dedication of my staff, we now manage over 2,700 homes in the Phoenix metro area. Our accounting team provides 24-hour on-line access to owners accounts, monthly and yearly statements, and direct deposit of rental income. Beth McConn is the Sr. Office Manager with AH Properties, Overseeing both the Accounting & Administrative Teams for two of our Office Locations. Beth has been with AH Properties since the very beginning in 1985, and we wouldnt trade her for the world! Beth is responsible for the day to day operation and management with AH Properties. Her positive attitude & strong work ethic make her the absolute best for our Team. She is a strong Administrative Leader for two of our offices, and acts as liaison between Property Managers, Investors, and Residents alike. Beth has over 30 years of professional experience in Property Management, Employee Relations, and Team Building. Beth is also a proud member of the Arizona Department of Real Estate as well as the Phoenix Association of Realtors.

Carol has lived in Arizona for over 33 years and has been working in the Real Estate industry for more than 32 of those years. 7 of those years were spent selling new homes in the Valley as an independent Real Estate Agent before coming to AH Properties, and she has happily been with us ever since. Cathy has previously worked in Home Sales for Coldwell Banker for 2 years before moving to Apartments and More. Cathy found her niche in the Apartment/Condo Rental Market, focusing primarily on the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. Cathy has been Leasing and Locating Apartments and Condos in her targeted location area since 1989. Cathy started with AH Properties in 2001 and Began Property Management for Condos, Townhomes, and Patio Homes in 2005. Cathy is also a proud member of the Phoenix Board of Realtors.

My name is Sean Sullivan, I relocated to the valley in January 2013 from Centreville, VA a suburb of Washington, D.C. where I lived for 19 years. I previously lived in Southern California as well for 20 plus years. My personality and the ability to easily get along with individuals and work well with others in many different settings, naturally led to a lengthy career in sales and management. This included many years in the retail and the hospitality industries. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 with Jobin Realty during a very fast paced period in Northern Virginia, as well as nationally. I worked with residential sellers and buyers along with locating rentals. Upon moving to AZ, I became licensed towards the end of 2013 and worked with Century 21 for two years.
